Terms and refunds
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Who we are
The ebook "The Streaming Savings Playbook" (the "ebook") is published by AC Media, owner Adrian Cherlea, Hammersbachweg 199, 74564 Crailsheim, Germany, email ac.media.grafik@gmail.com ("we", "us"). Full details are in the Imprint.
2. Checkout and seller
The ebook is sold through Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract, payment and invoice are with Lemon Squeezy under its buyer terms (lemonsqueezy.com/terms). These terms apply in addition and cover our money-back guarantee, the license and the content.
3. Price
The price is US $2.49, a one-time payment with no subscription. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. The checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
4. Delivery
The ebook is a PDF file. You receive a download link by email right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with the ebook for any reason, you get a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. No reason needed.
- Email ac.media.grafik@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include the email address you used to pay or your order number.
- We refund the full amount through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
This guarantee is voluntary. It is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal. Because Lemon Squeezy is the seller, it is governed by the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms. For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends when the download starts, provided you agreed at checkout that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. Our 30-day guarantee in section 5 applies either way.
7. License
You get a personal, non-transferable right to read the ebook on your own devices. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or redistribute the file or substantial parts of it.
8. Content and liability
The ebook gives general information on streaming prices and savings options as of October 2026. Prices, plans and terms of streaming services change often, so check them before you sign up. The chapter on gray-zone methods describes practices that may break the terms of use of a service or local law. We describe the risks and do not recommend using them. You are responsible for following the terms and laws that apply to you.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this contract. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
