This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this site, buy the ebook or contact us, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

3. Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Buying the ebook

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. When you click the buy button, you go to the Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country, payment details and order data, handles payment, tax and delivery, and shares your name, email address and order details with us so we can provide support and refunds. Lemon Squeezy processes data in the USA. Its own privacy policy applies: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

Our legal basis is the performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We keep order data for as long as German tax and commercial law requires, up to 10 years (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR, § 147 AO, § 257 HGB).

5. Contact and refunds by email

If you email us, we process your email address and message to answer you and handle refunds (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Mail is received at ac.media.grafik@gmail.com through Google Ireland Limited. We delete messages when they are no longer needed, unless retention periods apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Email us to use these rights.

You may also complain to a data protection authority. The one responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg), Stuttgart.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising and use it only to sell and deliver the ebook and provide support.
